Wasim Akram shot at in Karachi - Escapes

Wasim Akram Shot - Escaped: Ex. Pakistan cricket captain and Kolkata Knight Riders bowling coach Wasim Akram had a phenomenal getaway after his car was let go upon in Karachi's Karsaz zone on Wednesday, a Geo News report said.

Akram was cited by Geo News as saying that he was setting off to the National Stadium in Karachi to go to a bowling camp when he was assaulted.

Verily, a vehicle smashed into his car from behind, a few men got down and shot at Akram, scarcely missing him.

Akram said that the bullets hit his car tyres, yet he is unhurt.
